Q: Why didn't my tracking number include all of the items I purchased?

A: We have multiple warehouses all over the country. You most likely purchased items that were stocked at different locations. You will receive multiple tracking numbers.

When will I receive my order?

A: Please allow up to 5-7 working days to receive your order.

Q: What if an item is out of stock?

A: Thank you for your interest in our products. We apologize that the item you want is not currently available. We anxiously await the merchandise at our facility so we can start offering the products for purchase. At this time, we do not have an arrival date. However, you can enter your email into the 'notify me' feature on the right side of the item description page.
